Kotoko coach Michael Osei expects tough challenge against Inter Allies

Asante Kotoko interim coach, Michael Osei, says he expects a tactical battle against Inter Allies on Saturday when both teams go head to head in their match day 18 Premier League fixture at the Tema Park.

Osei added that he will map out a strategy to force a positive result in the game at the end.

A 60th minute penalty by skipper Amos Frimpong won Kotoko the first round encounter by 1-0 in Kumasi.

Speaking to Asantekotokosc.com ahead of Saturday’s game, Osei predicted a fierce challenge from coach Jimmy Cobblah's side maintaining that, he has a game plan to avoid defeat.

“We are going all out on Saturday. I normally don’t talk tactics ahead of games. I know the game plan to deploy. I believe strongly that it can get me my desired results” said the Kotoko coach.

"Inter Allies were very determined in the first game. That was because they wanted to impress their coach who was new then.

“He’s a good coach but the case is different now. I have confidence in my men, we are in good shape.

We are ready to play with the same character and determination that we used to beat Hearts in Accra last week” Michael Osei concluded.
