Kotoko Coach Steve Pollack insists he will return a stronger person

Head Coach of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Steve Pollack has sent a message of hope to the fans after the horrific accident on Wednesday after their Ghana Premier League against Inter Allies.

The English man was among the contingent that had severe injuries following the bizarre incident.

The team lost their equipment officer, Mr. Obeng Asare in the process but the former Berekum Chelsea manager has called on fans to remain calm and he will return a stronger person.

“I am a strong character and i have had this kind of injury before so i know how to get over it very quickly”

“Am getting good treatment from the medical staff here and they have been great and terrific and they are making me feel as comfortable as they can so i will be back soon” he told Starr Sports.

Steve Pollack has revived the Kotoko team after going nine games without a defeat only to fall to the sword of Inter Allies.

The match day 23 game between Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak has been postponed indefinitely.
