Ghana Premier League giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko has named Maxwell Baako and Ismail Ganiu who are both recovering from injuries in their latest squad for the ongoing CAF Champions League.
The Porcupine Warriors are representing Ghana in this year’s edition of the top-tier inter-club competition and are hoping to go all the way to clinch the title.
Having already crossed the hurdle of the preliminary round, they are now set to come up against Tunisian side Etoile du Sahel in the second round.
Ahead of the first leg of the cracker, management of the club has submitted their final squad to CAF.
The list includes winger Maxwell Baako and defender Ismail Ganiu who are both injured and now on the road to gaining full fitness.
New signings, George Abege, Richard Arthur, Justice Blay, Kelvin Andoh, and Augustine Okrah are complementing the likes of Felix Annan, Emmanuel Gyamfi and Sogne Yacouba to give Kotoko a fearsome look.
