Kumasi Asante Kotoko legend Malik Jabir has revealed that back-biting and internal impasse within the club is gradually becoming a bane to their progress.

Jabir who captained and also coached the Porcupine Warriors pointed out that people are undermining each other in the Management which has brought about factions.

The former Black Stars player insists the undermining canker has been there for a long time and it is about time the issue is addressed to help the club move forward.

“People with this management and also the past management did the same thing. No body wants to say it because everyone is afraid but for me I will voice it out and I know some people will come and insult me,” Jabir told Footballmadeinghana.com

“The sacking of coaches is also not helping matters, we cannot keep a coach for a longer period of time. We don’t know what we are doing, how can someone organize supporters and go and sack a coach  from training grounds, it is so pathetic”

Kotoko have struggled this season and are yet to record a win in their last five GPL games.
