Ghana Premier League side, Kumasi Asante Kotoko has revealed that they have not made any contact with Torric Jebrin amid speculations linking the player to the club.
Management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko has already signed some top players ahead of their participation in the upcoming edition of the CAF Champions League.
In the last 24 hours, reports in the local media have strongly indicated that Torric Jebrin is on the verge of joining the Reds who had been in negotiations with the player.
Reacting to the rumours in an interview with Light FM, new communications director for the club, Kennedy Boakye Ansah has disclosed that they are not in talks to sign the former Hearts of Oak star.
“The brand of Asante Kotoko is big and people want to use Kotoko to advertise their brand”.
“Officially, I can confidently say that Asante Kotoko hasn’t made any contact with Torric Jebrin”, he said.
Meanwhile, the 28-year old is in Kumasi and is reportedly in advance talks to join a Ghana Premier League side.
