Asante Kotoko on Thursday afternoon held a training session on an astroturf field as part of the preparation for the tricky fixture against WAFA SC continued.
Nicknamed the Porcupine Warriors, the club this weekend will make the trip to Sogakope to do battle with the Academy Boys.
With the playing field of WAFA SC an astroturf, Asante Kotoko has moved away from their training grounds at the Adako Jachie facility.
In pictures posted on the Twitter page of the club, they have confirmed that they trained at the astroturf park at Atonsu, Kumasi.
The move is to get players in the grove for the upcoming match to ensure they are able to match WAFA SC boot for boot.
The encounter between the two clubs has been scheduled to be played on Sunday, January 17, 2021, and will kick-off at 15:00GMT.
