According to reports, Asante Kotoko will use the Accra Sports Stadium as their home ground for the CAF Champions League.
Kotoko were initially tenants of the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi but it was closed down by the National Sports Authority for renovation work.
Reports have indicated that the ground is still under renovation and won't be ready for the upcoming CAF Champions League campaign or the Ghana Premier League. Due to that, Kotoko will have to stage their home matches at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Porcupine Warriors moved to the Accra-based venue just before the suspension and subsequently cancellation of the 2019/20 season.
