Kotoko travel with 26 players to Central Region for upcoming friendlies against Dwarfs, Skyy FC

Kumasi Asante Kotoko has traveled with 26 players to the Central Region where they have lined up two friendly matches against Ebusua Dwarfs and Skyy FC, footballghana.com can report.

Nicknamed the Porcupine Warriors, the team is targeting clinching the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League title and has hence intensified preparations for the upcoming season.

In a bid to ensure they sharpen all edges of their squad, the technical team with support from the management of Kotoko has agreed to a double-header friendly games this weekend.

The Reds will beseech Ebusua Dwarfs at the Robert Mensah Sports Stadium on Friday before going on to face Skyy FC in Takoradi on Sunday.

Acting head coach Johnson Smith has traveled with 26 players made up of two goalkeepers, eight defenders, ten midfielders, as well as six forwards.
