Kotoko youngster Matthew Anim Cudjoe touches down in Germany for Bayern Munich trials

Asante Kotoko youngster Matthew Anim Cudjoe has touched down in German ahead of his one-week trial at Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich one-week trial.

Cudjoe will be observed by the youth coaches of the Bavarians lads for seven days as they hope to complete the signing of the 16-year-old on a long-term deal.

The Ghanaian has attracted interest from after an interest from several clubs including Paris Saint Germain and FC Barcelona.

Anim emerged onto the scene during the Premier edition of the Baby Jet Invitational tournament in 2018 where he was named the best player and top scorer of the tournament.

His skills, passing and dribbling abilities have earned him the nickname 'Messi' from Ghana football fans.

The highly-rated forward joined Asante Kotoko on a season-long loan deal from second-tier club Young Apostles FC. He has netted one goal in the three league appearances for the Porcupine Warriors since his arrival.
