Ghana Football Association President, Kurt Okraku believes his outfit is working hard to curb hooliganism in football especially in the Division One League.
Last season in one instance, match officials were beaten up by fans and the video of this barbaric act went viral.
This drew sharp condemnation from very corner of the country.
"I think that last year we had a lot of work to do, just to ensure that people believe in the work, for people to know that referees do not intentionally come to games with pre-determined mind sets," Okraku told ghanafa.org.
"But most importantly to re assure members that, we will continue to offer a level playing field to every member of the Football Association to be able to be competitive and I think we did good.
"Engaging our members, speaking to them and feedback opportunities is always the way to go. The football association will not depart from it."
