Kuwaiti League bound Awal Mohammed still in Kotoko camp to seek blessings ahead of his move away

Kotoko defender Awal Mohammed has revealed he is still in the Kotoko camp to keep fit and seek blessings from management ahead of his move to Kuwaiti top-flight side Al-Fahaheel FC.

The 29-year-old who is out of contract with the Porcupine warriors reached an agreement with the Nayif Al Dabbous Stadium outfit ahead of his possible switch.

"My contract with Asante Kotoko has expired but am still training with the club to maintain the good relationship we have and to seek blessings from the management before i finally leave to my new club In Kuwait. " He told Accra based Hot FM.

 Awal has previously played for ASEC Mimosas, Al Shabab, Raja Casablanca and Maritzburg United.

Mohammed made over twenty appearances for Asante Kotoko in the just ended season.
