Posh scored in the 28th minute after Nathanael Ogbeta intercepted a faulty ball, surged into the box, and fired in a cross that was diverted and neatly dummied by Harrison Burrows, allowing Clarke-Harris to smash home beautifully.

The second goal was unexpected, as Jack Taylor drove strongly into the home area before unleashing a left-footer. A nice deflection allowed the ball to get past the helpless goalie.

Kwame Poku was substituted in the 79th minute, he was replaced by Ephron Mason-Clarke.

A Clarke-Harris flick from a throw-in, a simple ball from substitute Kwame Poku, and Joe Ward was there to finish seven minutes from time.
