James Kwesi Appiah will assume his role as the new coach of Senior National Team, the Black Stars from 1st May, 2017.

Appiah was confirmed coach of the Black Stars on Tuesday April 4 and has been handed a two-year contract.

He is expected to revive Ghana's chances of qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and ensure an AFCON 2019 qualification.
