Lack of Football Activities In Ghana Shouldn't Distract You-Dauda Mohammed tells Kotoko SC

R.S.C Anderlecht skipper Dauda Mohammed has advised Ghana's only representative in Africa Inter-club competition, Asante Kotoko SC to put aside lack of football activities in the country.And focus to make the fans proud.

According to the former Kotoko SC player, in his playing days with Kotoko SC playing in Africa was off the Ghanaian calendar. For that, it makes no difference now Ana's number #12 has succeeded in halting the game.

"Previously in my days with Kotoko, the time for Africa Inter-club competition was not in our year calendar"Our league ends before competition in Caf commence".

"Same as now, so the players should beware and not be distracted with no competitive league in Ghana", he told Angel FM in Kumasi.

The Ghanaian goal poacher advised the players to be minded that, club Asante Kotoko SC they are representing in Africa and must give their all as the fans expect from them.

"The players should be mindful that, Kotoko SC is the club they are representing as the supporters are expecting from them and give all out".

"The fans will be proud of Kotoko should they eliminate Kariobangi Sharks and qualify to the money zone", he added.

Kotoko SC faces Kariobangi Sharks in Kenya this weekend in a first leg encounter. A week later, host Kariobangi in Ghana after a walk over in the preliminary stage.
