Former Hearts of Oak player Laryea Kingston has advised Premier League clubs to package themselves in such a way that they will attract sponsors.
Sponsorship for Ghanaian clubs and even the league has been a major problem, something that has affected the organisation and execution of the local game.
The Ghana Football Association consistently have been criticised for not doing enough to attract sponsorship.
Kingston, a former Ghana international thinks the clubs are partly to be blamed.
“Before you attract sponsorship for your team, you have to let your team look attractive for people to have interest in that. No one will put his money where he believes he will not get anything”, Kingston said on GHOne TV.
