In an interview with Atinka TV, the former Liberty Professional attacker said, he nearly gave up on his dream after the Porcupine Warriors had done that.

“I went to Kotoko for trial after someone recommended me to them. For two days, they didn’t even let me train but what broke my heart was, the jersey I wore was taken from me and given to another player so I had to sit bare chested. I regretted and thought I wasn’t good enough so told my mum to buy a taxi for me to drive”. he said on Atinka TV.

However, he now plays in the MLS with Los Angeles. He won the Ghana Premier league top scorer award with Liberty Professional in the 2016 season following a blast of 17 goals.
