Lazio and Rangers in for Ghanaian striker Caleb Ekuban

Lazio and Rangers have expressed in completing the signing of Ghanaian striker Caleb Ekuban in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Ekuban returned from injury recently and has hit the ground running for Trabzonspor in the Turkish Super Lig.

The 25-year-old was target for his side in their 1-1 draw with Gazisehir Gaziantep in the Süper Lig last Saturday.

He has scored eight goals in 23 games for Trabzonspor and this has been his value rise to €10m as several clubs weigh their options ahead of transfer window.

Serie A side Lazio ready to swoop for the former Leeds United forward to boost their attack next season.

On the other hand, Rangers also want to acquire the services of Ekuban to replace Alfredo Morelos as it has been reported that he could leave in the summer.

According to reports in Turkey, Trabzonspor are preparing a new offer for the Ghanaian who has been on loan from Leeds for the past two seasons.
