Legon Cities FC has intensified their training ahead of their clash with Dreams FC on Match Week 2 of the recently started 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
The club started their campaign in the top-flight with a 2-2 draw against Liberty Professionals at the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park. They subsequently hosted Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium but lost 3-1 at the end of the 90 minutes.
In both matches, the side excelled in the second half and took the lead but unfortunately lost the fitness battle in the second half, allowing their opponent to get back into the match.
In a bid to correct that problem, Legon Cities FC has today engaged in a beach work out section to work on the condition and fitness of the players.
They will hope it helps in their encounter against Dreams FC on Sunday, January 12, 2020, at the Dawu Park.
