Leicester City boss Craig Shakespeare says he's never had a problem with Riyad Mahrez.
Mahrez missed out on a summer move, despite making a transfer request.
“I think there have been a lot of players at all different clubs who have probably been through that," Shakespeare said of the distractions of the transfer window.
“I can only speak on behalf of Riyad and the professionalism he showed. He has been willing to get his head down and work.
“He made his statement early in the summer but it never quite happened for him.
“We haven't had one problem with him in training and in terms of the games.
“He has been exemplary in his attitude to play football."
