Leicester City supremo Aiyawatt Srivaddhanaprabha insists they can handle managing the Foxes and newly acquired Belgian partners OH-Leuven.
The City vice-chairman has led King Power's takeover of the Belgian Second Division side, and has been named on the club's board of directors.
"The intention is to divide my attention between Leicester and Leuven," he said.
"Like my father, I'm really fond of football. I see a lot of potential at OHL and, like Leicester, I want to help the club grow in every aspect, not just sporting.
"From day one I had a very positive feeling of both the club and the city. I want to write a beautiful story together with the board and supporters."
