Jamie Vardy is the top scorer in the Premier League this season
Leicester's fine start to the season continued with a victory over Arsenal that moves them up to second in the Premier League.
Jamie Vardy put Brendan Rodgers' side in front in the 68th minute with his 11th goal of the season when he finished off a fine passing move from close range.
Vardy then set up James Maddison seven minutes later and the midfielder smashed into the bottom corner for Leicester's second.
The result means Arsenal are now five games without a win in all competitions and the pressure increases further on manager Unai Emery.
An exuberant home crowd chanted "you're getting sacked in the morning" at Emery in the second half and cheered every successful pass from their team at times late on.
Alexandre Lacazette came closest for the Gunners when he poked a shot wide in the first half while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who skippered Arsenal after Granit Xhaka was stripped of the captaincy this week, had a goal correctly ruled out for offside.
Leicester move above Chelsea and Manchester City with the win, although City would move back into a second with a point against Liverpool on Sunday.
The Foxes are five points behind leaders Liverpool having played a game more.
