Life hasn't been kind to Leicester City's Jeffrey Schlupp so far this season.

The left-back has made just three starts from nine appearances during the current campaign. However, the 23-year-old doesn't seem to be overtly bothered about a regular starting place under Claudio Ranieri. Or whether he crashes one of his top-of-the-range sports cars.

Schlupp somehow managed to escape without so much as a cut or bruise after he crashed his £190k Lamborghini on Monday following a collision with a tree by the side of the M1 motorway.

The Ghana international was driving at speed across a rain soaked road during storm Angus and, after his car skidded on the tarmac, crashed into the tree on a nearby embankment. Ambulance crew and police quickly attended the scene to find that Schlupp, somehow, did not require any medical assistance.

Even more remarkably, however, the defender then reportedly told emergency services that he wasn't concerned about his damaged vehicle, before adding: "I ain't bothered. Just get the car recovered. Oh well, I've got three other cars to choose from."

You know you get paid handsomely when you can just write off a supercar that can reach speeds of around 220mph!
