Leicester City are joining the race for Sporting CP midfielder William Carvalho.
Carvalho has been the subject of major interest from West Ham this month
But he could be a late option for Leicester if they sell Danny Drinkwater to Chelsea.
The player wants to play in England and has not given up hope that West Ham will meet Sporting's asking price but it looks increasingly unlikely. Monaco remain the player's other alternative.
