Liverpool and Tottenham Interested in Signing FC Porto Winger Moussa Marega

Vitoria Guimaraes loanee winger Moussa Marega is said to be a target for Premier League sides Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur after having impressed since beingloaned out from Porto.

The 25-year old Malian forward has scored ten goals in his loan spell so far in the Premiera Liga and has a release clause of £40m, but is likely to be sold for far less.

The France-born player only joined Porto in January 2016 from Maritimo.

Liverpool may be in need of a new attacker following an injury to Danny Ings and the expected absence of Sadio Mane during the African Cup of Nations despite a strong start to the season.

Additionally Spurs have struggled to score goals in recent games, relying heavily on Vincent Janssen in Harry Kane's void up front.

The likes of Watford, Stoke, Crystal Palace and Sunderland are also said to be interested in signing Marega.

Marega is currently the leading goal scorer in Liga NOS, scoring ten goals in nine league appearances.

On average, the versatile winger makes 2.9 shots per game and has become an important player for the team this season.

At Porto he only scored one goal in nine appearances after having scored 15 in 34 for Maritimo.
