Summer signing Fabinho is yet to play for Liverpool in the Premier League since his arrival from Monaco. The midfielder was on international duty for Brazil during the break from league action and Klopp says his situation is not unusual.
“He is close to his debut, I didn’t see him for ten days," Klopp said. "He was never far away but he needs to get used to different things. I had this situation so often I cannot believe, Ilkay Gundogan didn’t play for half a year (at Borussia Dortmund). The only difference was he was a young player and no one asked."
