Liverpool legend Luis Garcia has said that manager Jurgen Klopp has done an unbelievable job since joining his former club.
Klopp arrived in Merseyside in October last year and has been in charge for 13 months. In that time he has taken Liverpool to two cup finals - the Capital One cup and the Europa League - now they are challenging for the Premier League title.
The German's favoured attacking brand of football, which focuses on high, relentless pressing and winning the ball up-field and converts defence into attack in dangerous areas, has impressedGarcia, according tothe club's official website.
His methods have been successful this season, as Liverpool lie joint top of the table, level on points with Arsenal and Manchester City, with no team outscoring them at this point in the campaign.
With 23 points from 10 games and 24 goals, Garcia feels like Klopp has taken the Reds to another level.
I think we are not surprised because we were expecting something very good but maybe not as good as the team is looking right now,� Garcia said.
I think the manager has done an unbelievable job since the very beginning, the players have fitted very well together, and the new players are doing fantastic work.
The results are arriving and so the important thing now is to continue in the same way and [show] the consistency that is needed to win the Premier League.
To be at the top during the whole season is what's most important now and the team is looking good.�
