English Premier League giants Liverpool FC has planned a summer swoop for Anderlecht teenager Jeremy Doku, footballghana.com can report.
The Belgian-born Ghanaian international has been outstanding for the Belgian heavyweight since the 2019/2020 Jupiler League season started.
So far he has made 24 appearances and has chipped in with 3 goals as well as 4 assists.
His displays in Belgium have attracted interest from several clubs including Liverpool whose manager Jurgen Klopp is a big fan.
Recently, Jeremy Doku and his father visited Liverpool’s training grounds where they interacted with the gaffer and some players.
According to checks, Klopp couldn’t hide his admiration and desire to have the winger at the club as he sees him as a replacement for Senegalese international Sadio Mane.
With other interest from clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City, Ajax and PSV, Liverpool has reportedly decided to intensified their pursuit of the youngster and will make a move in the summer transfer window.
