Liverpool are being linked with Sampdoria striker Luis Muriel.
TMW says Sampdoria have decided to put Muriel up for sale in the upcoming transfer window.
The Serie A side are not, however, willing to business with one of their rivals and will only sell to a team abroad.
Liverpool and Sevilla are most interested in the 26-year-old forward who is up for grabs for around £20m.
Muriel, who joined Sampdoria from Udinese for £10m in January 2015, has scored ten goals in 31 Serie A appearances this season.
