In the last two seasons, the Gunners have proven to be a good side but injuries particularly to talismanic midfielder Thomas Partey have let the team down.

Fortunately, the Black Stars poster boy is fit at the start of the season and helping Arsenal to excel three matches into the campaign.

On Monday night when Manchester United defeated Liverpool 2-1 in the English Premier League, it became evident that teams will need their best players to stay fit.

Liverpool went into the game with several top players nursing an injury which ended up costing the team a great deal.

After that game, Arsenal, a team that has suffered enormously from player injuries cannot afford to lose top midfielder Thomas Partey to same.

The club will need the top midfielder to stay fit throughout the season to have any chance of finishing the campaign with a trophy.
