Liverpool's German manager Jurgen Klopp has had his say on Chelsea's new manager Antonio Conte, revealing that he expects the Italian to be a success in West London next season, according toESPN FC.

The charismatic German described his counterpart as a "brilliant manager" and believes that the former Italy coach, who guided his much-unfancied national side to a respectable quarter-final finishat the Euros can achieve similar successes with Chelsea.

The two have already met this pre-season with Conte presiding over his side's 1-0 victory over Liverpool in Wednesday night's encounter in the United States, with Klopp admitting in an interview that he is an admirer of the Italian:

I saw him [Conte] actually at the European Championships and, yeah, he was quite emotional [on the touchline and] I thought, ˜sometimes am I like this?'He's a brilliant manager and it will be a tough season for both of us.

Both managers will be desperate to improve on their clubs' lowly Premier League finishes last season, with Liverpool finishing eighth, despite getting to the League Cup and Europa Cup finals, and losing, and Chelsea finishing in a disappointing tenth place, having won the league the season before.
