Manchester United chiefs are unhappy with Romelu Lukaku for discussing his transfer from Everton with American broadcasters NBC.
United are still to confirm the worst kept secret in football after agreeing a £75million fee with Everton for the Belgium striker.
Lukaku discussed his transfer with a journalist while he was holidaying in Los Angeles ahead of joining up with the United squad.
But that is strictly against the protocol the Red Devils operate within for new signings.
Unsurprisingly, United wanted his first interview to be broadcast on the club's in-house TV station and website, reports the Daily Express.
