Manchester City defender Eliaquim Mangala is in advanced talks to sign with Besiktas.
Mangala, fresh back from his loan with Valencia, has been made available by City this summer.

Mangala will become Besiktas' second high profile defensive signing after their Bosman deal for Real Madrid veteran Pepe.
He will move to Besiktas as a replacement for Marcelo, who has just signed for Lyon.
