Gabriel Jesus says he thought the Premier League would provide him with more of a challenge.
The Brazilian's comments are not unwarranted given his productive start to life with Manchester City.
Since joining the club from Palmeiras in January, the 20-year old scored 7 goals in all competitions and looked likely to become City's attacker for the future - replacing Sergio Aguero in the process - with consummate ease.
"I thought it would be harder," Jesus told ESPN Brasil.
"It hasn't been easy, for sure, I changed my life completely, but I'll never complain about it. I'm grateful for being here, realising a dream, playing in Europe."
