Blaise Matuidi has once again failed to negotiate a new contract with Paris Saint Germain.
According to The Mirror, Matuidi had come to a verbal agreement with club directors, however, after deliberating at Parc de Princes, the deal was not signed.
The 30-year old will be free to sign a pre-agreement with clubs in January.
Manchester United and Arsenal are both said to be keen on the France international.
