Man Utd fringe players sweating on Mourinho transfer plans

Manchester United's fringe players are yet to learn of their future.

The Manchester Evening News says only Wayne Rooney has been told he can leave this summer.

Adnan Januzaj has one year left on his contract and is expected to be sold in order to obtain a fee, while Ashley Young's deal also expires next year.

Goalkeeper Sam Johnstone, who spent this season with Aston Villa, is yet to make his United debut and is only contracted to the club until 2018.

Luke Shaw and Chris Smalling's United careers could also be in jeopardy but Ander Herrera and Juan Mata - whose contracts are up in 2018 - are expected to receive improved offers

Andreas Pereira is believed to have been told he will stay in Mourinho's first-team squad next season after developing on loan at relegated La Liga side Granada.
