According to reports, the former Chelsea manager is actively avoiding his players at their AonTraining Complex at Carrington, with the 53-year-old reportedly taking different routes to his office in order to avoid talking to his players.
The ex-Porto manager's new treatment of his players does not extend to the training field, with the Daily Mail reporting Mourinho remains the same during practice. But his attitude changes dramatically once the players and staff enter the canteen to socialise, with Mourinho nowhere to be seen.
His fortunes as United boss have fallen dramatically too, with his side currently ten points behind his former side Chelsea who sit at the top of the Premier League after their 5-0 thrashing of Everton on Saturday.
The 53-year-old has guided his team to just two wins in their last seven matches in all competitions and saw his side score just one Premier League goal last month.
