Man Utd striker Rashford: I\'m improving under Mourinho

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford is pleased with his progress this season.

Rashford is ready to start in the Europa League final tonight.

He said: "I think in terms of my development, it's going very well and I am improving a lot - and for me that is the main thing.

"Results and individual performances isn't the be-all and end-all for me. So I am not quite looking at how many goals I scored in this game or that game, for me it's about development.

"In years to come I will be focusing on scoring the goals in certain games and making sure I perform at my best week in week out, but for now it's about development and there is no better place to do it than here at United.

"I think for me he (Wayne Rooney) has had the biggest influence on me, if I had to pick an individual.

"Not for giving me information and speaking to me all the time, but just for what he is doing on and off the pitch, so I think there is so many different individuals that you can get bits off.

"Players like Michael Carrick that have won so many individual awards and awards with club and country, so I think it's amazing for young players like me to be in that environment all the time."
