Man Utd to meet Ronaldo\'s Real Madrid in European Super Cup

Manchester United will meet Real Madrid in the European Super Cup after the Spanish giants' Champions League victory on Saturday.

Cristiano Ronaldo's brace helped Real Madrid retain the Champions League in surprisingly comprehensive fashion with a 4-1 win against Juventus in Cardiff on Saturday, wrapping up a historic 12th continental crown in a memorable showdown.

Zinedine Zidane has now won the Champions League twice despite managing just 20 games in the competition, and will face Mourinho's Europa League winners in the Uefa Super Cup on August 8 at the Philip II Arena in Skopje, Macedonia.

It will mean Ronaldo and Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will both face their former clubs.
