Managing and Sales manager of NASCO Electronics Mrs Adiza Kubrah Ibrahim Abu has congratulated Hearts of Oak duo Samuel Boadu and Ibrahim Salifu for winning coach and player of the season awards.
Coach Boadu beats off competition from Great Olympics’ Annor Walker, Mariano Baretto, Vladislav Viric, and Prosper Narteh Ogum to win the coveted award for the just-ended Ghana Premier League season.
Ibrahim Salifu emerged top in a keenly contested race for the topmost award with the leagues topscorer Diawisie Taylor, Gladson Awako, Benjamin Afutu and Augustine Boakye all in the race for the best player of the season honors.
Salifu made 33 league appearances, won eight NASCO MVPs, scored three goals, and provided eight assists.
“We congratulate the coach and player for their splendid performance in the season and we urge them to aspire to win more in the coming years”, Mrs Ibrahim Abu stated.
