Old Trafford legend Paul Scholes has started a management course that helps fast-track him into club management.
The former England international started the course on Monday, at the Blackburn Rovers academy andcould see Scholes fully qualified by the end of the season.
As Scholes has now taken the first steps at earning his badges, he is now eligible to go into management.According toThe Sun,Wigan manager Warren Joyce is keen to add the 42-year-oldto his coaching setup.
However, it is also being reported that the midfielder's former club Manchester United are interested in getting him involved with their academy, in some way.
Scholes' decision sees him follow former United team-mates Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville and Nicky Butt in getting his qualifications.
One of six Man United players who were deemed the 'Class of '92', Scholes spent his whole playing career at Old Trafford, signing his first professional contract in 1993, and goingon to spend 10 years, over two spells,at his boyhood club.

He played 718 times for United andis the club's third highest in terms of appearances. During his time as a professional, he won 11 Premier League titles, three FA Cups, two League Cups, two Champions Leagues and one FIFA Club World Cup.
Scholes, who already co-owns a football club as well as being a pundit, has not made any indications at what his first steps into management will be. However, if his management skills are anything like his playing skills he won't be short of offers.
