Mark Noonan Leaves Hearts of Oak family

American National Mark Noonan has announced his decision not to return to Ghanaian giant Hearts of Oak Managing Directorate role.

The highly branded Manager asked for a leave holiday to abroad, upon arrival has tendered in a letter of resignation, a reason stated of family issues and lack of competitive football in the country.He has managed the club for just a year, since March 1.

The Phobians following the situation on Thursday night, held management meeting over the new Chief Exective Officer (CEO) of the club.Following the hours of meeting, Hearts of Oak announced replacing Mark Noonan with Frederick Moore as the CEO.

Frederick Moore is a chartered Management Accountant with MSC in Finance and investment, UK) an Associate Member of the Institute of Management (UK).He is the immediate past CEO of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).But currently, he is the Executive Chairman of AJS Group (Ghana) an e-commence start up.

Moore's LinkedIn Profile describe him as a type of person well motivated and experienced."A highly motivated and experienced senior manager with ability to and experience the creating and managing high preforming teams".

Frederick Moore is expected to kick start work with the phobia family on March 18, 2019 as Chief Executive Officer.
