Match Report: Aduana Stars suffer first defeat to struggling Eleven Wonders

Struggling Eleven Wonders handed league leaders Aduana Stars their first defeat of the season following a 1-0 loss on match day four of the 2019/20 Ghana Premier League on Wednesday afternoon.

Coach Ignatius Osei-Fosu made three changes to his starting XI that lost 2-0 to Ashanti Gold SC last Sunday with Abdul Mugeese Zakaria, Godfred Kwadwo Asamoah and midfielder Prince Baffoe making their first appearance of the season.

On the other hand, Aduana Stars also made three changes to the team as Musah Amevor was given his full debut and Benjamin Owusu and Alfred Opoku making their first start of the season.

A loan goal from Asamoah from the spot handed the Techiman based side all three points and their first victory of the season.

Eleven Wonders will travel to Bechem to take on Bechem United as Aduana Stars welcome Legon Cities to the Nana Agyemang Badu II Park in Dormaa Ahenkro on Sunday as they look to bounce back to winning ways.
