Medeama confirms the appointment of Prince Owusu as new coach

Medeama SC have confirmed they have engaged coach Prince Owusu as their substantive head following the resignation of Tom Strand last month.

The former Bechem United and Tema Youth coach is expected to work directly under technical director Evans Adotey who has been acting since the departure of Tom Strand.

Owusu is coming in after ending his stay with Sudanese side Al Khatourm where he was assistant to former Black Stars coach Akwai Appiah.

His task will be to do well in the Ghana Premier League and also help the team progress from the CAF Confederation Cup group phase.
