Former Champions of the MTN FA Cup, Medeama are in the right groove ahead of their semi final duel against Asante Kotoko on Sunday October 1.
The Tarkwa based side returned to training on Tuesday morning to trim the rough edges prior to their clash on Sunday at the Obuasi Len Clay sports stadium.
Medeama who defeated Kotoko 2-1 to lift the trophy in 2015, will be hoping to repeat the same feat this season starting with a win over the Porcupines in the last four stage.
