Girondins de Bordeaux defender Enock Kwateng revealed that fellow Ligue 1 side Metz will pose a similar challenge to his team as Brest.
The 22 year old right back admitted that no match is easy but his team can get a result.
"The goal is to get points. We know that no match is easy, but in Brest (1-1, J23), we could do it . Now we're going to Metz knowing that they are behind us and there is the danger that, if they win, they will come closer to us".
He added: "So it is important to win and put them away from us. The Messins are confident, it's dangerous for us, we will have to be vigilant . It will be a similar game to Brest, so we will not have to make the same mistakes and go with a big mentality".
Enock has played 12 matches in all competitions for Bordeaux this season. The club are currently placed 12th on the Ligue 1 table.
