Former Liverpool and Manchester United striker Michael Owen has warned the Red Devils of the tough task they're sure to face when they take on Liverpool on October 17.
The striker -who won his only Premier League title with Manchester United - addressed the upcoming clash whilespeaking with BT Sport after United's 1-1 draw against Stoke. Owen stated: "I think the big game is the next one. Liverpool are going to test them to the hills.''
Owen continued: ''The way Liverpool are playing at the moment, the way they're opening up teams “ I think this is going to be their biggest test.�
Liverpool have enjoyed a fine start to the season under manager Jurgen Klopp, which has seen the team fromMerseyside win five of their seven games, including a 2-1 victory against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

They currently sit fourth in the table, 3 points above United who are yet to find consistent form underJose Mourinho.
Manchester United on theother handhave had mixed resultsso far this season - they swept championsLeicesteraside in a thumping win, but have dropped points against Watford and most recently Stoke, who sit second from bottom.
The Manchester club sit 6th in the table on 13 points, but will be hoping to beat their bitter rivals in what will be one of the biggest matches of the season so far.
The hotlyanticipated match, which takes place after the international break, sees the two managers meeting once again - their last clash saw Klopp's Liverpool run riot over Mourinho's Chelsea in a 3-1 win.
