Ghanaian international, Kwame Bonsu played his second game for his new side Esperance de Tunis over the weekend and managed to impress as they cruised past Saudi Arabian side Abha in a pre-season friendly encounter.

The hardworking midfielder joined the four times African champions on a four year deal from Ghana Premier League giants Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the current transfer window.

Having marked his debut for the side last week when they demolished El Nahdha by five goals to nothing, he was given his first start over the weekend.

He showed confidence on the ball on top of quality attacking plays in the final third.

His impressive showing in the first half earned Esperance a penalty on the 37th minute. Striker Ben Saha converted the penalty before adding a second to complete a brace.

Kwame Bonsu, 24, played the first 45 minutes but was substituted at the break to give other players a run in the pre-season friendly as they continue preparations for the upcoming season.
