On Friday, AC Milan will train in the morning following a video analysis session to continue their preparations for the Derby, a fixture which is set to take place on Sunday 17 March at 20:30 CET.
Light workout for the Rossoneri on the training pitch yesterday. The players began warming up at 11:00 CET, doing rondos inside the centre circle. The team were then split into two groups and completed a series of technical and physical exercises following this.
