November has often been a nightmare month for Arsenal, as a result of the dropped points and injuries which the Gunners seem to suffer annually.
It looks as if the injury trend is set to continue, as right-back Hector Bellerin has joined striker Alexis Sanchez in fitness worries over the international break.
More injury problems for Arsenal?

Sanchez has suffered a muscle tear, but the length of his layoff is as yet unknown.
Alas for Arsenal fans,The Mailnowreports that Bellerin has been sent back to Arsenal by the Spain Under 21s squad, due to thedamage inflictedto the youngster's ankle, sustained against Tottenham on Sunday. Evidently, itfailed to clear up in time to compete.
Sunderland's Javi Manquillo will now be brought in as a replacement.
The ankle problem, which was caused by a kick from Spurs left-back Danny Rose, was hoped to be a very minor issue. However, persistent pain kept Bellerin from recovery and he will be assessed by Arsenal's medical team on Thursday ahead of their difficult trip to Old Trafford on 19 November.
The Gunners lack significant cover in the right-back position, with Carl Jenkinson failing to impress against Ludogorets in the Champions League when Bellerin was rested.
Arsene Wenger will not want to see the Spaniard miss the Manchester United clash, nor their critical Champions League meeting with PSG.
