Moroccan referee Rédouane Jiyed will officiate Medeama's CAF Confederation reverse tie against Young Africans next Tuesday.
The 36-year-old will be assisted by compatriot Mohamed Lahmidi and Hicham Ait Abbou.
Medeama will be seeking their first win in the group stage as they lie third on the table with a paltry two points from three games.
The two sides shared the spoils during the first fixture at the National stadium in Dar es Salam.
